2. Track all of your sales figures.
The only way to know if your tactics are really working is to track your sales figures. You need to know how many units you have moved each month or even each week. You need to be able to see when they are trending up, when they are trending down and what ones tend to sell the most. This shows you when advertising plans are working and what things customers are actually looking for. You can then focus on those things to have more success.

3. Automate as much as you can.
Typing up those sales reports and inputting your data manually takes a lot of time. This is just time that you should be using finding new customers or developing new products. You want to automate as much of this as you can so that your time is spent wisely. A computer can track things far more quickly than you ever could, freeing you up to do everything that only you can do.

4. Concentrate on your customers.
Above all else, your focus has to be on your customers. You need to connect with them and form relationships with them. You have to try to meet their needs and find out what they want. This is how you are going to create a lot of repeat customers.
